Do you ship outside of the US?

How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected, typically ranging from 5-7 business days for standard shipping.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with tags. Garments should be free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear. Please contact us at hello@sunnysiup.com to initiate a return.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we do! Our exchange period is 15 days from purchase date. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Garments should be free from stains, odors, or any signs of wear. Please contact us at hello@sunnysiup.com to initiate your exchange. Be sure to include your order number, as well as details to the item you would like in exchange!

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@sunnysiup.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right for you.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you don’t receive a tracking number, please contact us for assistance.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
